The Batman Kills (2018)

This was my first attempt at making a film. I wanted to make something that was both surreal, and deeply atmospheric, while remaining within the framework of a comic book movie. That was the tension at the heart of this piece. Creating something abstract while staying true to the popular character I loved as a child. I filmed the entire film in one room and it starred my brother and my high school art teacher. The production was great fun, but editing took 2 whole years! I learned a lot from the experience and am happy to have made it.
